The holistic development of our students is equally important to their academic progress, so that we can continue to produce young men and women who are educated, thinking and caring individuals. The Class of 2021 will now embark on the next stage of their journey as they commence their chosen courses of study in a variety of Universities and Colleges nationally and internationally. We wish them well in the knowledge that the spirit of St. Gerard’s School will remain with them forever as they strive to be the best that they can be, and that “Memor”, to be mindful of others, will be forever present in their hearts. We wish the Class of 2021 every success and the best of luck on their career paths and we look forward to welcoming them back to St. Gerard’s School in the future.
From St. Gerard's to South Africa and Tokyo
It goes without saying that we applaud with pride the exploits of our British and Irish Lion, Jack Conan and Irish Hockey Olympian, Elena Tice. What a truly magnificent summer for both our past pupils. Jack’s remarkable performances on the field saw him start in all 3 Test Matches against the Springboks. It is an immense honour for the school and a remarkable personal achievement for Jack coming back from injury as he did. Also on the international stage we saw Elena Tice, former Head Girl, representing Ireland in the Tokyo Olympics this summer. A truly wonderful achievement building on the World Cup successes of 2018. Elena’s performances were truly inspirational and again a phenomenal honour for the school as we watched her memorable Tokyo journey. We wish both our internationals continued success in the coming years.
